Biography
April Linscott is a partner and trial attorney at Owens, McCrea & Linscott, PLLC in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Ms. Linscott practices general civil litigation, focusing on personal injury, civil rights, employment law, real estate, and large estate probate disputes. Ms. Linscott is compassionate about her client and tenacious in finding solutions. Ms. Linscott has successfully tried cases in State and Federal Court, including appeals. She is also a trained mediator. Ms. Linscott has assisted her clients in achieving their desired results, whether through alternative dispute resolution, litigation, trial or appeal.
Ms. Linscott has participated in the Federal Court pro bono program and serves as Lawyer Representative Emeritus of the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Idaho. She also currently serves on the Brown Bag CLE committee for the Idaho Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and has assisted in advertising, organizing, and hosting CLE's in the First and Second Judicial Districts.
