Jeffrey R. Owens
Jeff Owens is a native to North Idaho, where he graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School in 1995. He went on to serve a two-year mission for the Mormon Church in Taiwan, where he learned to speak Mandarin Chinese. Jeff graduated from Brigham Young University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. He then spent a year living in Norfolk, Virginia, working as neurodiagnostic technician for the local hospitals. In 2002, Jeff entered law school at the Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon, obtaining his law degree in 2005. While at Willamette, Jeff clerked for Swanson, Lathen, Alexander & McCann during his 2nd and 3rd years of law school.
Currently, Jeff is one of four partners at Owens, McCrea and Linscott, where he specializes in plaintiffs’ personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. During the past twelve years, Jeff has worked with over 250 people, helping to resolve their personal injury and medical malpractice claims.
When he is not working, Jeff enjoys golfing, backcountry skiing, and mountain biking. Jeff is married to wife Sarah, who is an English teacher at the Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute in Spokane, Washington.
